2.0 Studios brings you Cell, a touch based cellular life game, where your goal is to grow into the biggest cell. Use a clever mix of cautious thinking and twitch reflexes to eject your cell’s mass to propel you through each level, whilst carefully conserving your mass.
Absorb your way through 4 different game modes with 15 levels each for a total of 50 levels that will entertain and challenge you from start to end with gravity wells, semi intelligent viral cells, 10 Achievements and much more.
This Indie City PC version of Cell is the best yet, taking in the improvements and updates from it's two earlier releases whilst adding better control support, IC Achievments and improved graphics.
This game was originally developed as a early Windows Phone 7 title, in an effort to create a simple minimalist arcade game, taking a break from our generally complex and feature rich development style.
Cell soon grew into something much more substantial after over half a dozen updates pushing it to version 1.8. During this time, the level count grew from 27 to 50. The gamers asked for more, so we delivered. Later, we cell was ported to Xbox, picking up some improved graphics and gamepad support as well as a new menu structure.
Today, Cell is available on the shiny new Indie City, with the addition of achievements and access to the game's inner settings.
Cell is the spiritual successor to G-Flow, a small Windows Mobile 6 app developed by Daniel before 2.0 Studios existed, and serves as our emissary into new platforms, due to its simple, fun and rewarding gameplay that does not break down when the controls and platform are radically changed.
All graphics were created in Blender, and edited in Paint.net. We wrote a custom spritesheet packing utility, and a custom mass file conversion utility in the process, improving our other games. We intend to add a proper game title logo, and animation to the gravity cell in future updates.

The Extras levels are an update feature which will have extra levels added based on customer feedback from all three platforms. Cell was our first game not to contain the "CodeBox" feature of our older games, in an effort to speed development. If you wish to see this feature, leave us some feedback and check it out at our home site at www.2point0studios.com.
Funds and development experience garnered from this game towards the Development of our primary project, CraftWorld which can be found at www.CraftWorldGame.com. However if it is Cell you are interested in, let us know and we will do our best to improve Cell as it continues to grow.
